This project involved renovating a 3-bedroom property with only a downstairs bathroom into a more functional space by adding an upstairs family bathroom and updating the downstairs bathroom. The project was completed in just 8 weeks, 

The property underwent a full ripout. The upstairs was reconfigured to include a new family bathroom, while the downstairs bathroom was modernised to meet current standards. The home was fully rewired, and a partial plumbing upgrade was carried out to accommodate the new installations.

A new heating system was also introduced, enhancing energy efficiency throughout the home. New kitchen was installed, and the entire property was plastered and redecorated, giving it a refreshed and modern finish.
