Bed & Breakfast Conversion into Modern Holiday Homes

This development project involved the conversion of an old bed & breakfast into two luxury holiday homes, completed in just four months. The property was extensively remodelled to create six bedrooms, two modern kitchens, and three bathrooms. A key aspect of the design was its flexibility—while the homes function as two separate units, they can also be rented together as one large accommodation, suitable for larger groups or family gatherings.

Significant improvements were made during the development, including a new custom-built extension to replace the old structure, enhancing both functionality and space. The garden was completely re-landscaped to provide a welcoming outdoor area, and the property received a full electrical rewire to meet current standards. A split heating system was installed to serve both units efficiently, alongside the installation of energy-efficient windows and a resin driveway for improved aesthetics and accessibility.
