phase i: HOTEL RENOVATION, SUITES CONVERSION
PROJECT SUMMARY
This project involved the renovation of an outdated hotel, completed in just four months. The renovation transformed the property, converting three hotel rooms into self-contained units/flats with modern kitchens and newly fitted bathrooms. Additionally, en-suite bathrooms were added to enhance convenience for future residents.
This extensive renovation not only modernized the entire property but also added value by converting it into highly desirable residential flats. The upgrades to both private and communal areas ensure that the property meets modern living standards while retaining a welcoming and stylish atmosphere.
- Room Conversions: Three outdated hotel rooms were converted into fully functional stand-alone units with new kitchens and bathrooms.
- Reception, Bar, and Dining Room Refurbishment: The hotel’s communal areas, including the reception, bar, and dining room, underwent a complete makeover to modernize the spaces and improve guest experiences.
- Room Remodels: Five existing rooms were completely remodeled to meet current standards.
- Underfloor Heating: Modern underfloor heating was installed in all bathrooms to provide additional comfort.
- Electrical Upgrades: A full electrical system upgrade was carried out to ensure safety and functionality, including the installation of emergency lighting and a CCTV system.
- WiFi Mesh System: A WiFi mesh system was installed throughout the property to ensure strong, reliable internet connectivity.
- Decorative Additions: The communal areas were enhanced with decorative dado rails and wall panelling, adding a touch of elegance to the hotel. Additionally, Venetian plaster ceilings were added on the ground floor to elevate the interior design.
- Additional Toilets: Extra toilet spaces were added to improve guest convenience.
