SECRET GARDEN, LEYBURN

Our team converted a disused stable into a modern, self-contained holiday home in just 36 days. The project involved significant groundwork, including installing drainage, a damp-proof membrane, and a tanking system. Structural modifications were made to extend walls and create access to a new bathroom, along with the installation of new double-glazed windows and a timber frame.

The property was fully insulated, rewired, and plumbed, with the addition of underfloor heating in the bathroom. A new kitchen and bathroom were fitted, and the interior was plastered, skimmed, and fully decorated. Durable tiled flooring was installed throughout the property, completing the transformation.
