PROJECT SUMMARY
This project involved converting a former bagel shop in Leeds city centre into a high-end holiday office designed for booking exclusive holidays and hosting networking events. The project was completed in 10 weeks, with the space entirely reconstructed to create a luxury environment for clients and potential business opportunities.
The space now includes several new areas, such as office space, a champagne bar, and a dedicated showcase area for holiday products. The old infrastructure was removed during a full ripout, and new features were added, including a disabled bathroom, reinforced stud support and 4K display monitors, built-in speakers throughout the building. the entire property was replastered and fully decorated to achieve a modern, sleek finish.
A modern CCTV security system also installed.
