Joiner

We are seeking a talented and motivated Joiner to join our team at Yorkshire Developers. The successful candidate will contribute to our diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects, where attention to detail and exceptional craftsmanship are paramount. Working alongside our skilled team, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise across a range of joinery work. • Perform various joinery and carpentry tasks, including fitting doors, windows, staircases, skirting boards, and custom furniture
• Work on both renovation and new build projects, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to deliver accurate and high-quality work
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
• Adhere to project timelines while maintaining attention to detail and quality

• Minimum 1 year joinery experience (preferred)
• Proficient in using power tools, hand tools, and woodworking machinery
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driving licence (required)
• Relevant qualifications in carpentry/joinery (advantageous)

• Competitive salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
